ANGELA KOHAMA
Angela is a data-driven Inclusion Specialist passionate about disability inclusive employment (and more broadly, D&I) in emerging markets, with expertise in inclusion, intersectionality and accessibility. Bring a decade of experience working globally on employment, economic development and education issues for diverse populations across the U.S., Asia, Africa and Europe, with a passion for working with persons with disabilities. Presently Angela puts her passion to work as Inclusive Livelihood Policy Lead at Humanity & Inclusion, where she supports a portfolio of client-driven and government funded projects promoting disability inclusive employment. She supports teams across Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East in designing, implementing and evaluating high quality inclusive economic development programs Prior to her role at HI, Angela worked for non-profits, businesses and universities in India, Timor-Leste and the U.S. Angela is an invited speaker for the Harkin Summit, the SEEP Network conference and across numerous webinars and inclusion trainings. Angela holds an MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
