Minor Act operates as a youth-centric and women-led creative social justice agency, spearheading the Unexpected Song Social Media Platform. Their mission revolves around establishing a sustainable “circular creative economy” to empower marginalized artists in Cambodia. Through advocacy for cultural rights, they strive to serve as a formidable force against prevalent social and economic oppression. Their debut feature film, Unexpected Song, offers a distinctive blend of musical circus and documentary styles.
