Project: Kreşendo [Crescendo]: Bu Festival Bizim (The Ours Festival)

Kreşendo [Crescendo] — a cultural institution that envisions a polyphonic world in the music industry where gender equality is the norm — presents Bu Festival Bizim (The Ours Festival). The summit offers women and LGBTQ+ a platform to explore creative ventures at the intersection of music and technology, fostering inspiration within an ethos of gender equality and sustainability. The festival's goal is to unite artists, tech experts, educators and creative minds from across Türkiye, cultivating a music and technology community that champions gender equality throughout the country. "Crescendo is a movement indicating that the sounds in a musical piece will truly become louder or stronger." Dictionaries define "crescendo" in this way. Inspired by our name, we aim to create a "movement"; a societal impact that strengthens diversity and creativity through the transformation that will take place in the music scene. Because we know that as sounds become more crowded, they become stronger.
