Keith Dang is the Co-Founder of Open Jam Collective — a community-driven entity striving to preserve the heritage of street dance culture, community and the pioneering knowledge specifically centered around popping. Borderless Funk , an Open Jam Collective initiative, represents a dedication to street dance, particularly focusing on popping and animation. It has materialized through busking, teaching classes in dance studios, establishing an independent animation program and curriculum for both individuals and groups and securing appearances in music videos and on album covers. Moreover, Open Jam Collective involves participation in and victories at diverse dance competitions across Canada and the United States. Open Jam Collective’s goal is to foster spaces and opportunities for the exchange of ideas, sharing of knowledge and overall growth within this domain.
