Project: XTRÆNCESTRAL

XTRÆNCESTRAL is a philosophical concept of Kukily Colectivo that envisions an Afrofuture based on ancestral memory and the revival of indigenous knowledge — a vision of an alternative future to the dystopias that the multiple global crises foretell. As an artistic performance project, XTRÆNCESTRAL is a multidisciplinary installation that follows the aesthetic proposals of Afrofuturism, combining science fiction, magical realism and elements of the ancestral past.
